Born in Atlantic City and raised in Galloway Township, Whitney Ullman has a unique ability to meet new people, form valuable connections and establish long lasting relationships. 

She is the President & Founder of WIN Promotions & Consulting, a business that primarily consists of two of her passions: writing and entertainment. She is a freelance writer with a column in the online women's publication Go Jane News and a columnist in past years for the Atlantic City Weekly Newspaper, New Jersey Lifestyle Magazine and The Atlantic County Woman. She is no stranger to the camera, for over 13 years she appeared in on-air television and web videos. Currently, Whitney is the host on a 30-minute informercial for Granite Transformations which can be seen on WMCN and airs in three states. Her most notable appearance was a 2-year stint on television and radio for the Atlantic City Weekly's Entertainment Minute which aired on the NBC40 news and local radio stations. 

Whitney is active with many organizations including the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees (Immediate Past President), The eWomen Network, The Atlantic City Public Relations Council, The Atlantic City Boardwalk Committee, The Greater Atlantic City Region Tourism Council, The Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority, The New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (Past President), The Alcove Center for Grieving Children and Their Families and an annual volunteer for the Miss Atlantic City Pageant, to name a few.   

In 2012, Whitney was honored by having her headshot photo added to the "Wall of Fame" inside The Palm of Atlantic City and hosted a 2-hour radio program on Women's Entrepreneurship & Fashion Trends. 

In 2011, she was a featured speaker for a senior marketing class at the Richard Stockton College of NJ and honored in their Alumni Spotlight Series. Whitney served as a celebrity judge for the Tony Boloney's Pizza Slaughterfest in Atlantic City and emcee'd the 10th annual Tun Tavern Golf Tournament fundraiser. She continued her Entertainment Minute segment on our NBC affiliate and was chosen again to be the voice for the Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival commercial. This was a year in the public eye for Whitney as she was requested to walk the runway in New Jersey Fashion Week amongst other television celebrities and asked to be a celebrity chef for the Taste of the Quarter event held at the Tropicana Casino Hotel as well as be a celebrity judge for the Championship Battle Chef Competition at Viking Coking School located at Harrah's Casino Hotel.  

In 2010, she was President of the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees, Elected into public office as Councilwoman in her hometown of Galloway Township, and chosen as the sole female to represent Atlantic County for the CTW Excellence in Public Service Series. She was also recognized by the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners at their Women's Leadership Symposium and coordinated a volunteer effort on behalf of the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees for the Insulin Support Diabetes Telethon phone bank in Atlantic City. On the fun end of things whitney judged the first Pizza Slaughterfest in Atlantic City, a Nathan's hot dog eating contest at the Trump Plaza, a bikini pageant for College Mansion at the Hilton, an Elvis tribute artist impersonation contest at Resorts Casino Hotel and a talent competition for Ray Tyler's Star Award. She emcee'd a fashion show at the Hamilton Mall for Earth Day with The Almost Angels from the Trump Taj Mahal as models,  the 9th annual Tun Tavern Golf Tournament fundraiser, and the Atlantic City Weekly Music Showcase held at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  Some other cool events Whitney attended were the premiere of Boardwalk Empire at Caesars and a live taping of 106&Park at BET Studios in NYC with award winning group 120. Whitney loves events, so why not put on one herself, she hosted the first Girls Just Wanna Have Fun fashion show at Boogie Nights and was a co-planner for the first Shoe Society mixer inside Planet Rose at the Tropicana Casino Hotel. Whitney's voice is used as the main intro for the Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival television commercial and continued her on-air television debut for our NBC affiliate with the Atlantic City Weekly Entertainment Minute. 

In 2009, Whitney was honored by her peers as a candidate for the Emerging Leader Award with the E-Women Network of Southern New Jersey. Only 12 people across the United States and Canada were chosen for this prestigious award and honored at their national conference in Dallas, TX. She successfully planned a reunion for the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees at Angelo's Fairmount Tavern, Co-Planned the first AC Fashion Fusion event which showcased clothing from area boutiques, and held a private Jewelry event in the beautiful Foundation Room at the Showboat Atlantic City. 

In 2008, her many accomplishments earned her the distinction of being named one of the Top 40 leaders/professionals under 40 years old in Atlantic and Cape May counties by the Atlantic City Weekly newspaper and the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees. She was also named as President for the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) for Atlantic & Cape May Counties. This was a very fun year for Ullman because she took part in a once in a lifetime opportunity to ring the NASDAQ opening bell in New York City with a select group from the E-Women Network. And attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Chairman Tower at the Trump Plaza where she met Donald & Ivanka Trump along with Miss Universe and Miss USA. Her handmade jewelry made it into the first eco-friendly national fashion publication BOHO Magazine. She was also nominated to be on the board for The Alcove and asked to co-chair the 2009 Top 40 Under 40 event inside the Borgata Casino Hotel. 

Whitney is inspirational, highly motivated and ambitious woman who knows what it takes to succeed at all levels.
